I’m really enjoying my Rumi mascara. The smaller brush actually gives me more control over applying product to my lashes. And I love that it doesn’t smear or flake like so many others that I’ve tried. It’s honestly too soon to see much improvement in the length or density of my lashes. But it certainly makes my existing lashes look good!! I highly recommend.
Order 162655 Rumi CosmetiquesSent the following email on Monday 31/3 and have not had a response.Further to that email, I have tried using both products again, the mascara I had to wipe the wand to be able to use it as it was so gloopy, the application of the eyeliner was more successful today however like the first time my eyes are watering and irritated so had to remove after 10 minutes, the first time i thought it was a coincidence. Not at all successful annoyingly as neither product was cheap and to be honest my Boots No 7 serum? mascara is so much better and makes your lashes healthier. Sorry but I,m not happy. Kind regards. Hi, I received my order for the mascara and eye liner but I am most disappointed I,m sorry to have to say. The mascara is gloopy and doesn’t go on smoothly at all, resulting in eye lashes clumping together. The eyeliner is impossible to create an even or even nearly straight line with on my eyelids and then has to be removed. I am so disappointed as the reviews are excellent. Have not been able to wear makeup for about 20 years because of an immensely dry eye issue. Every once in a while, I try something new just to see. I did some research, and gave the products a try. I have been wearing it for a week with literally zero issues! I feel pretty and feminine again! Thank you so much for creating a product that I feel was curated for me! 🥰
Rumi's mascara is the best one I've ever used. It goes on so easily, definitely lengthens and didn't smudge or run when I was caught in a blizzard last week in Iceland! However it is easy to remove. Their eyelash serum is the only one I've used which hasn't irritated my eyes.
Rumi are amazing at keeping in contact with the customer, throughout the ordering a delivery process. Constantly checking if all is well. I had a slightly delay in delivery time, they were most apologetic.The eye liners are very creamy, easy to apply and stay put all day. Even with very watery eyes.Can't recommend highly enough. Well done Rumi.
Excellent eye liner and mascara. Some slight transfer below bottom lashes, but every single mascara I have ever used does that. However great lash definition and my eyes do not run - for the first time EVER!!!! I'm very pleased with these products.
