Review Time
This item never arrived. I also received no contact from the courier. I only knew it had not arrived when they asked me to write a review. Funny how Amazon and other companies manage to successfully deliver to me on an almost daily basis. Typical of the unprofessional businesses that advertise on Facebook. I should have known better. Rumi charged me for postage, so I only got a partial refund. Signing their emails with 'love' is very inappropriate. If there was any goodwill whatsoever, they would have sent a replacement. ****************************I have now provided my order number a few times. It was Order EU14612. I was told I had already been refunded. A shame that I was just not sent a replacement product. *****"***************""**It is now 6 weeks after Rumi's response and I have still not received the replacement product that was promised. Maybe their products are great. I guess I will never know.
I can honestly say Rumi Volume Care + Mascara is the best mascara that is on the market by far!I am 63 years young and for years I have been looking for a mascara that doesn’t smudge and give me ‘panda eyes’. I have spent a fortune trying to find the ONE and finally my mission has been accomplished!!! This is an outstanding product, a little pricey but worth it. It applies beautifully onto the lashes with no clumps and the brush helps to separate the individual lashes. One application works well for the daytime but two applications gives you dramatic lashes with volume and fabulous length. I purchased the black and have ordered the mascara in brown plus the liner that I can’t wait to try.After placing my second order I received an unexpected, lovely email from Rumi thanking me for my purchase and offering a discount for my next purchase as a thank you. Excellent customer service, great communication.Thank you 💕
I ordered Rumi mascara to try and very easy to navigate website. The mascara came and I am amazed best mascara I have ever had. I am nearly 70 and it looks fabulous. Would highly recommend i ordered it a while ago then started using it recently so have ordered more
I absolutely love this mascara. It separates your eyelashes nicely, doesn't run or smudge and is ready to take off. No other mascara I've tried compares. There was a few weeks delay in delivery but Rumi were very apologetic and gave me a discount code.
