I love this mascara - it coats and separates my lashes really well, giving them a fuller look (like they were in my 20's!), but does it very naturally. I've also enjoyed using their eyeliner - a lovely soft colour and a precise tip which is easy to apply and doesn't drag my lids when applying. It also has a sharpener built in to the other end - genius! No need to carry a sharpener round with me, or get shavings all over the inside of my makeup bag!
This is the best mascara I have ever tried, and I have tried alot! Perfect applicator, no clogging. Once removed there is no residue the next day. If it looks after my lashes as it promises, I will be very happy. Oh, and great customer service - very important.
I was so excited to try this mascara, and I have to tell you, it exceeded my expectations! What I love most about this product is the way it separates and lengthens my lashes. It gives them a very natural look with no clumping or smudging. There is a lot of product in the tube so I make sure to swipe the excess off the spoolie before applying. It is also easy to remove...it washes off with face cleanser and water.I highly recommend this product to anyone especially those who have thinning or short lashes!
What an incredible product the Volumecare+ Mascara is - wow it has made such a difference and I can’t recommend highly enough. Also the friendly and courteous way that Rumi Cosmetics communicates re order progress and afterwards deserves an award for customer service. Thank you.
I share the experience of other clients that Rumi seems to sell products which they cannot deliver. I am also waiingt since more than three weeks to for delivery of a purchase paid for immediately but which has not arrived to date. I received two mails with explanations that the company has received too many orders for their birthday offer and that the products should arrive "next week", but those weeks are long over and no new announcements were made. I am sorry that I have to conclude that the company is not reliable and that I cannot recommend it.
RUMI have good customer service support, but I found their "Volume+Care" mascara to be just average... They refunded most of the cost, although, they deducted not only the postage (which I would expect), but they also deducted a £5 "refund fee", which is something of a swindle... Read their returns policy very carefully - it's contradictory...Interestingly, they replied to my review, saying that they maintain their return policy, but that they would send me a replacement mascara - I haven't received anything, but it makes the reply look good...
Rumi Cosmetics 🤩 what a fabulous Company! I started using their mascara after seeing adverts on line. I am blond , very pale skin and sadly very thin eyelashe . I am also 65 so I ticked all the boxes! 🤣 I have to say the mascara is the BEST I’ve ever used. It somehow instantly finds lashes I didn’t know were there! As a result I now have long full eyelashes that I am thrilled with. I don’t end up with ‘panda eyed’ at the end of the day either ! I recently purchased the grey eyeliner too . I’m still practicing with it but getting better! I love the gentle smoky look I’m beginning to achieve. I use their mascara after brown/black mascara due to my colouring and am delighted with the results.
