warranty process took over 3 months for nothing, yes the warranty was all bullsh!t. no replacement no nothing, why the h*ll do you label the product 5 years warranty when you don't apply it. it's fraud company. misleading labeling on product and the customer service keep lying everytime they come up with new lie. my advice is people should never buy anything that is sandisk product. their products are terrible. and the customer service is the worst.
I don't recommend you to buy anything from shop.sandisk.com.I ordered during weekend, when I realized that I put the wrong order, I immediately tried to contact support to cancel it. They were offline, which is understandable. I emailed them immediately with the product number and all. I also contacted live chat on Monday to make sure that they cancel my order. They said it will be cancelled.They shipped it at the end of Monday!!!! They told me to return it, and pay the shipping cost!!!!!Terrible customer service. Such a big disgrace for the company.
The fact that a card fails I can understand. Not happy about it when all the photos from a two week holiday are lost but I understand that these things can happen. What I don't understand is the long winded and awkward returns process that makes you send the card across Europe only using UPS and not having a card for nearly a month in the process. Bad customer service. Having bought many Sandisk products over the years, I will not be buying any more!
My 64gb card died, After submitting an RMA sandisk replaced the item with absolutely no trouble, the postage was free to return it and it was a very simple process and I had a new card in less than 2 weeks, Great job guys keep up the great customer service
I had a 64 GB card that had I started to have issues with. I couldn't reformat it anymore. I had contacted the service department and their responses were quick and professional. I have many cards from them for my go pro, cameras, memory sticks, and more. They replaced my card for me and it was seamless and painful. I would highly recommend them as they back up their products.
I recently purchased a BRAND NEW 32gb Ultra card for a wedding. The entire wedding was shot on the card and the card randomly started saying (card corrupted). I sent the card to a specialist to pull the files off of the card and it's costing me around $2000. Other Photographers I have contacted say they have had the same issue with brand new cards. I called Sandisk to complain about it considering it's a brand new card, they should hold responsibility. But I was told that "they will stand by their card and refuse to pay for the damage that I'm paying for". I was a loyal customer and now I am DONE using Sandisk ever again.
SANDISK products and warranty are not worth the paper they are written on. Three memory cards gone down in less than six months. The returns process is long winded and sent halfway around europe. They then use UPS to return the goods. The worst courier company in the world. Cheap and shoddy sandisk use cheap and shoddy couriers. Who would have thought!! I would never, ever buy or use sandisk products again. They make chinese bootlegs look class.
