Appalling customer services.

Appalling customer services.I don't know which country their CS is based in, but they certainly don't understand English very well.Two of my USBs have become faulty and it has been almost a month now and I still haven't received my replacements. Every message I send, it takes a few days to receive a response, and to top it off, the response doesn't even addresses the issue - so frustrating!I don't think I'll ever buy another sandsik product again.

NEVER using a sandisk sd card again

NEVER using a sandisk sd card again! , spent an afternoon filming nothing wrong throughout the the entire day , looked back at footage etc , return home and everything just gone with one corrupted file, has rendered all my work totally pointless!....thanks

they are all absolutely useless. the usbs dont work and forget customer service. just don't buy the product. they are all faulty and crap

I purchased the SanDisk RescuePRO Deluxe Recovery Software‎ to recover video files from an SD Card which it claims it can do with ease. The files were recovered unopenable with a large lose of data from them so they are unusable. It cost £47 to buy a license and was no use at all, with no options of refund...

SANDISK DOES NOT HONOR LIFETIME WARRANTY

Within 1 year of purchasing my Extreme Pro USB 3.0 (128GB) it failed. Got in contact with their customer service and after sending back the faulty USB, I was provided with a new one. 1 year after that, it failed again. This time all the customer service staff were either ignoring me or abruptly lying stating that emails were sent to me with instructions on how to get another USB replacement. After 5 different staff said exactly the same thing, I thought lets try another email as they said I have to follow the instructions within the email they provide in order to process a warranty claim otherwise warranty is not valid. To my NOT SO surprise, I still wasn't receiving emails from Sandisk because it is blatantly obvious why, they are not honoring their LIFETIME warranty for a RUBBISH product they have provided. Do not make the same mistake as me and avoid getting SANDISK products at all costs. I wouldn't use their products if they provided them for free since the last 2 failed within 2 years and I lost all my data and now their not honoring their WARRANTY. Instead lying out for their teeth and wasting my time.

Love their customer services!

Well this is going to be a review of my very early experience with Sandisk when one of my cards got broken. I emailed Sandisk explaining the card died and really quickly got an offer to have a replacement sent out once I cut my old card in half. I did and within the same week I got a new card! Still to this day really impressed of the way they handled the situation, and down the line about 6 years later, the card still works :D

fraudulent advertising

I have as another reviewer just bought a 128gb memory stick only to find they “measure” it differently to everyone else so the customer is lied to and given a much smaller 114gb??Sandisk if you advertise 128gb SELL 128gb.If you as a company measure a gb differently thats up to you but if you advertise that the customer is buying 128gb GIVE the customer what they think they are buying. Never buying sandisk again.

SanDisk customer support is woeful

I have a 32gb SanDisk flair ultra about one year old that is dead. Still shows up but cannot be accessed. SanDisk support is woeful and does not provide me with an Australian contact for a return after requesting twice, informs me that warranty is 30 days and not 5 years and that my purchase has to be from the SanDisk online store. One last chance and they are being reported to Consumer Affairs.

Consumer Fraud At Its Worst!!!

This appalling company should be prosecuted for misrepresentation and fraud! I bought a 128Gb USB stick via Amazon. I put it in the PC only to find it is in fact 114GB. I was furious and contacted SanDisk only to be informed they use their own method of measuring 1GB so to be able to make this false and fictitious claim of 128GB. Have you ever heard anything like it??? This is fraud and from a giant worldwide company!!! Shame on you SanDisk you are a disgrace!!!
