Fantastic quality

Fantastic qualityReceived my Chikashi knife with the Abalone handle today, it looks stunning and sits beautifully in the hand. It is everything I expected and then some, other reviewers have mentioned the price but there are knives out there that cost a lot more and nowhere near the same quality.

Solid knife

I ordered a knife for my birthday back in February. Although it took longer to deliver than planned, it was not the fault of Santoku knives. When the knife finally came, it was very sharp and felt great to use. The Customer support was also very fast with assisting me.

I would like to take delivery of the…

I would like to take delivery of the knife I ordered. Still waiting for it to arrive. When you ask you just get how busy they are!! No e XX pelted arrival date. I would never buy anything from this company again. Ordered in March. Every time I asked when it might be delivered or if I needed to be at home to sign for it, as it was a knife, just til that they were busy. Never got an estimated delivery date. When the knife did finally arrive, it was a very beautiful thing. No points for customer services.

It is a scam company

It is a scam company. They never send the product, but keep sending reassuring emails about the product is on its way. Everyday bots post 5-star reviews on this company, but if you read on other forums like reddit, etc. you will find out several people who have been scammed

Lifetime Guarantee - great company to deal with

I bought a one in 2021 and it was pretty expensive. The handle cracked and I recently contacted the company (2024) They introduced a lifetime guarantee after 2021 but applied it to my product. They sent me a brand new knife. They communicated well with me. This has been a great company to deal with especially a member of staff called Em.

Extremely sharp and classy knife.

Lucy has been very helpful. The knife I got is extremely sharp and also looks cool. Everything went nice and smooth. Highly recommend Santokuknives.

Would consider sharing with chef friends if...

Might edit this review when & if i get my knives. It has been 2 weeks since placing my order and no update since being told that it has been dispatched 2 weeks ago.Ive emailed twice and no response.Then I come here to double check and low and behold that this is not a one time thing. Concerns are growing. Hopefully they'll make amends. As I was hoping to share their name to a few of my friends and fellow chefs.

I placed my order for a knife on March…

I placed my order for a knife on March 29th, and as of now, I still haven't received it. The website seemed legitimate, but it turns out the knives are shipped from China, or even the UK as one might assume. Additionally, there's no phone number for customer support, making communication challenging and nearly impossible It's frustrating that after almost a month, my order status indicates it's somewhere in south carolina. This lack of transparency and delay is unacceptable. I would caution others against using this site.

Dont be in a hurry

Products are fabulous but dont be in a hurry for delivery of your order. I place an order for Christmas and it only just arrived in time despite the order being place 6 weeks in advance.Placed another order Mid January and am still waiting mid March.Requested a refund which was ignored until I stated that I would report to unfair trading.Not a great company to do business with
