Good communication. Magnetic knife was sent as soon as it was ordered with follow up emails from Santokuknives.The knife board was beautifully package and arrived in perfect condition.The board looks beautiful in the kitchen and is fun to use.The magnets are the correct ones for the unit and grab them as you slide the knife on. Its the unexpected " catching " by the magnets which makes it fun for me
What fantastic knives!They look good, The quality is fantastic, and most of all, they have a great cutting edge that seems to last.Its gives me great pleasure in using the knives to prepfood. Found the customer service good and the items arrived in good time.
I placed an order on 10 August 2025 (worth £59.99). The item was never delivered — tracking showed it stuck since 27 August. I contacted the company several times, and unfortunately, Elsha was the one “handling” my case.Instead of offering any real solution, Elsha only sent vague excuses and never followed up properly. No refund, no product, just wasted time. In the end, I had to open a dispute with my bank, who confirmed the payment was unjustified and refunded me.This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. If you see Elsha’s name connected with your order, prepare for incompetence and disappointment.
Ordered a knife set as a gift and it never arrived. After fobbing off my numerous emails they just stopped replying. No refund, no replacement order, they just took my money and send me nothing. They are con artists.
The knives I get from Santoku are the kind I will be able to pass on to others like family heirlooms. They're good quality and gorgeous. I've ordered them as gifts and they are always greatly appreciated. I will happily continue to order from Santoku. The whole experience is excellent.
Great looking knife!This is a present for my dad’s Big 70s in few months. I cannot wait for his reaction as I know he will appreciate it! No issues with the order or delivery of the pack. It took just under 2 weeks to arrive, well packed and stunningly looking knife!
I've been in love with this set for a couple of months and two weeks ago I decided to buy the full set. I already had a similar (though not identical) style Kiritsuke knife (the one with the upside down colouring, octagon handle), and now the full set is adorning my worktop! I'm in seventh cook heaven! Thank you Santoku, for your excellent handling of my order ánd my impatience!
I ordered knives at the start of the month. They haven’t arrived. I used their contact form to ask for a delivery date but just get back standard corporate speak and no delivery date. I ve now done this three times. I can’t find a phone number of ring them on. The knives were due in 7 to 10 days! I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam? Before they respond saying it’s another company it definitely them. So now after blaming everyone but them selves I’m still waiting for the “knives”. They do like to tell us that they are a little village company which is the reason they can’t delivery there product on time. I suggest going to the local post office!I’ll let you know if the knives or a refund ever arrive So still no knives. I’ve twice sent mails asking for a refund - no response. This is a scam don’t think about buying from them! You’ll never see your product And on it goes. Still no knives, I’ve asked for a refund but no response to that as usual. They did tell me that they need 15 days to deliver and that that only starts after they dispatch not when I order “who knew” but even allowing for all these new delivery rules it’s now four weeks!!DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR DONT BUY FROM THESE CHEATS!!This is hilarious - the knives have still not arrived but they won’t give me a refund. They will give me a 20% reduction so now I’m only paying 80% for NO KNIVES 😂😂You’ll notice they don’t even reply to this review anymore that should tell you al. You need to know. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!Just read their responses below. The knives have still not arrived and now their implication is that I’m being unreasonable. At this stage I just want a refund.Also they fail to mention that I instigate the email correspondence and have replied to each one of theirs. BUT THE BIG ISSUE IS THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY. BUT NOT DELIVERED THEIR PRODUCT!!!Another day still no delivery. Their tracking hasn’t updated in a week. Oh and no chance of a refund SO SO BADFor some reason They have decided to try and paint the dreadful experience I had as a good thing. Even their own postings contradict themselves. They blame Good Friday on April 18th a reason for the delay and then make a big deal of getting the delivery completed nearly Three Weeks later! Steer clear!
