Fantastic BMW supplier

Excellent parts, Excellent price and Excellent service. If you are looking for BMW parts, these guys are great. Parts were delivered to Australia in just over a week at a far less cost then getting them from the US.

I am delighted with Schmiedmann's service.
Any questions that I have asked via email, have been answered promptly and completely.
I ordered 2 BMW parts via their excellent online web store and FedEx delivered the parcel to my door in Melbourne, Australia less than 1 week later. I think that is exceptional service, particularly from the other side of the world.
The prices I paid for the parts are 1/3 of the price I would have had to pay BMW here in Australia.

Excellent parts inventory and prompt service

(I do not speak Danish, sorry readers!)

I have dealt with Schmiedmann over the past few years and have not been disappointed. The shipping rate and delivery is very competitive and orders are shipped via FedEx. This ensures a speedy delivery with tracking and deliveries are made within the week.

The inventory system is endless and has never failed on me. In terms of the automated online system, where most orders are handled, it is very accurate and does a very good job in quoting and estimating final costs associated with the purchase. The system provides an array of payment options available, from the budget conscious customer to direct card/paypal payments.

Customers are also notified earlier in the day once the order has been finalized and awaiting the shipping company to continue the rest of the process.

Being an online system and how amazingly efficient it is, I have never had to deal with an actual person. However, I had a question about a particular part and gave their Odense office a call. Throughout the number of occasions, I have called, staff were very helpful and eager to assist with any questions or enquiries. In particular, Andrew, who has assisted both over the phone and via email. Based on my experience, he is a diligent employee who always goes out of his way to look after customers with any issues or questions that may arise.
