DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I received a Scottevest as a Christmas present but was unable to wear it until just last week. The jacket has an obvious flaw in a patch of velcro on the neck that rubs against the soft skin on the back of my neck. I called customer service and explained the problem. They refused to do anything because the purchase was over 30 days. I now have a $135.00 jacket that is completely unwearable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND AN OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE JACKET

THey were extremely responsive and quick to help show this 75 yr old where I missed seeing the code to add. Completely changed my impression of the company. Correcting an earlier review.

I submitted an earlier review saying I was unhappy with my purchase. I should have read the description of the pants provided by SCOTTeVEST more carefully as they tell about the rise of the pants. I complained in my earlier review that the waist rise was too short and would have known this before ordering the pants. Customer service was very gracious in helping me resolve my purchase.

I have been using the vests for 12…

I have been using the vests for 12 years. They are great and last like crazy. My only problem is that I keep growing out of them and have to buy more. I think I have one of everything, over the years, and they are all exactly as advertised.

2nd time ordering...order a size up!

2nd time ordering...the large jackets fit perfectly however I was not able to put anything in the jacket pockets. This time I ordered an extra large which is awesome. I'm able to use the pockets without it looking too bulky.
