Very helpful team

My toddler get food poisoning at the very last day of our Thailand trip and she has to admit for a night. Good price and good coverage. Took 2 trips within 5 weeks - 1 trip had a flight cancelled and new flights and extra accommodation had to be purchased - Southern Cross paid on these within 5 working days of claim.
