Confusing Messages from different point of contact .…

Buying insurance quick and easy and clear about add ins. That said I did have a dental issue while on a business trip, as I only had data, I got my husband to call whether I was covered. He was told I wasn't only pain relief.. I had also emailed a generic email. So by the time I got a email response telling me yes that dental was covered by I needed to get approval before proceeding . it was too late and convulted to find an urgent dentist ..So I had to wait until my return to NZ for remedy , which spiraled into another couple of days because of the weekend . My pain could have been relieved if the call centre was trained properly and the email response was more helpful. I started the facts in my initial emaol
