I bought a mustard yellow pleated skirt with pockets. It is a great basic pleated skirt with good quality coated wood button, and an extra button sewn onto the label. Color of fabric and product was as described. Arrived nicely packaged in a reusable cloth tote protected from the elements by a box wrapped in thick shipping plastic. A very nice smelling sachet was also included, adding a pleasant scent.
Gorgeous Clothes! I ordered 3 Jumpsuits & 2 pants since I usually have a hard time finding the right fit. Plus, they were giving custom-sizing for free!! Everything fits perfectly, which is hard for me to achieve with off the rack clothes. It's like everything was made just for me - which it was haha!The price was v reasoneable for the fabric quality and attention to details. thanks so much! i look forward to shopping with you again!!!
From placing the order to receiving the order, everything was super smooth. I ordered a shirt from the new menswear collection and the quality and custom fit is something that made me write a review...it exceeded my expectations. And those buttons stand out. What a lovely piece of clothing. Waiting for more!
I loved the friendly communication, she helped me figure out my measurements. When I sent them everything was so quick she took about a week for my skirt to be done and was so helpful with any questions or customizations I would like. The material is also great super pretty and definitely well made!
I ordered a customized dress for an event that required a specific color. When I received the dress, it was poor quality with loose stitching, but most importantly, they sent the completely wrong color of dress. With the event around the corner, it was too late to receive a replacement dress, so I initiated a refund. Their return policy states they cover return shipping costs, however, this statement proved to be completely misleading. I followed their directions and sent it back exactly how they wanted, and instead of refunding the shipping cost, they issued a gift card for their store. This is completely useless to me because I won't be ordering from them again based on my experience. Now I'm out $70 dollars through no fault of my own. When I read the reviews, I weighed good and bad and decided to order, trust me, just look elsewhere.
I'm usually a 4X because I'm plus size and busty, and seemsfriendly worked so well for me.I recived my pinafore dress yesterday and I'm wearing it today, and I already want 10 more 🤣 it's so hard to find pinafore dresses if you're plus size, and this one is so cute and flowy and comfortable!
