The color, style, and fit of the dress were all fantastic. Compared to what is accessible for pregnancy outfits on any other site, this brand has a gorgeous, vast collection, plus the size is perfect for me. Their excellent customer service has been the cherry on top. The entire experience was good. Thank you, SeamsFriendly, for making me feel good.
I ordered 2 garments- a jumpsuit and a dress, both turned out to be great! The fabric was soft to touch and breathable for the skin and the stitching was high end! There were good size POCKETS in both the garments, a thoughtful design element. The unboxing experience of the delivery was good, there was a personalized note with my name and the outfits came in an eco friendly bag. Overall, I'll buy again and highly recommend this brand for the feel of their clothes and construction of the garment.
I have purchased a number of high quality items from this company. I have had a couple of issues with tearing one with a button and one with a seam I was offered a small refund or both occasions so I could get them mended locally. I am very tall with long legs and find it difficult to get well fitting clothes in the high street. Most of the clothing items they sell have useful pockets and most of made from cotton. I hate alot of the material used in high Street shops. I am not interested in fast fashion and want items I can wear for many years.
Had a terrible experience with this company. Their website promises free returns, but what they don't tell you is that they don't just GIVE you the return. I bought a dress from them and it arrived way too small. This is likely on me for sharing the wrong measurements. But at the end of the day, the dress didn't fit. Their website doesn't say "We ONLY refund items in case of our design team's error." It says "If you're not sold within 7 days, you can return the item." I'm not sold, and yet, they will not let me return the item. Instead they wrote back (more than a week after I filed the return request) asking for pictures, telling me the design team was not at fault, and basically leading me on a merry dance. Feels frustrating and dishonest.
