Not surprised to see the high amount of bad reviews here. I had one myself recently - please avoid the Covent Garden branch. The vegan patty is plant based and they do not mention it anywhere - it taste horrible !! The lemonade is literally just lemons squeezed in water - absolutely sour. Service is terrible. Raised a complaint to HO via resolver and I get a call from the GM of Covent Garden (Anthony), who was extremely rude - refused to accept any mistake or make amends.

The food is really good, but once you've had it there's no need to pay triple the cost of the competition just to stand in a long line. Maybe if they had more locations it wouldn't be such a novelty but I don't see them expanding in too many countries with their exorbitant prices.
