Chicken Burger and Chicken bites tasted burnt (or the Cooking Oil needed changing??) Cheesy Chips were Chips with a little tub of Cheese Sauce, the Sauce tasted 'gritty' like it was mixed from powder, only poorly mixed 🤢 The takeaway food is a joke, the packaging isn't enclosed, it's just like they use for eat-in so the food doesn't retain its heat ❄️👎 To top it all, whilst waiting in excess of 20 mins to get my food, I watched a Staff Member change the food bin on the customer side. On the floor in front of the bin were 5 (clean) serviettes, he picked up 3 of them, and just left the other two! Makes me wonder if they can't be bothered to clean up in a public facing location, what can't they be bothered cleaning in the Kitchen..?? I won't be going back here again 👎
It’s not a good place to either get a quick meal or have a nice sit down one. The burger was greasy and small for the price. The cheesy fries were revolting I couldn’t even finish one chip with cheese on.For the price, wait time and quality of food it’s terrible. Go somewhere that wants to give you a decent meal.
Slow staff, dirty kitchen area and poorly made and small portion burgers for high prices. Mc Donald's is 100% better and much cheaper . Won't be visiting shake shak ever again or recommend to anyone. The customer service don't respond and just advise they will send details to their team.
1 Avacado bacon burger and 1 chocolate shake costing me $17 is insane. I went to give it a try, but thought maybe I'd get fries as a side with my burger. My little burger is in a big paper bag which also looks like a waste. The taste was great, but I can't look past the price to go again.
