Order cancelled by shake shack

I ordered food at 19:50 delivery between 20:25-20:45 then changed to 20:40-21:00, then cancelled order at 20:30.Extremely disappointed as feeling Hangry now, I recommend you order elsewhere if you want to eat

I’ve eaten at most major burger outlets and also some fine dining restaurants which offer similar fare but the meal my family enjoyed was delicious. I could not fault it and would definitely go again.

Shake Shack - Bad Food Review

Shake Shack - Leicester Square, LondonMy friend had a good experience in the US and so we happily went into the venue - however this experience was certainly not a good one.ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD is what we're talking about. I had the crinkle chips with cheese sauce - a cheese sauce that was a glutinous mess, slimy and unpleasant to try to eat. A cheese sauce that clearly used flavouring to give a cheese flavour, I certainly got no impression that there was real cheese used. ShackMeister Fries - too salty, cheese sauce inedible - price of £6.55 extortionate!NEVER AGAINBut Amanda, our assistant, was very pleasant.I will not return or recommend.

Expensive and Marginal

This one is located right next to McDonalds and would expect a meal that is better. Two burgers smaller than McD and two shakes from a mix for $40. Better burgers and shakes could be had next door for half the price. Really expected a shake made from ice cream and a fresh burger.
