Review Time
I never received the items ordered...Like most sponsored adds on Instagram, its a low grade Chinese supplier that used a very bad delivery service (Yodel) to save money. the items ordered were never received, and I must assume that they are as bad in quality as the postal service they used and the customer service they have.They sent me a picture of where they placed the items (stuffed in the mail slot on the external building door on a busy London street) and they tell me it was delivered. No wonder I never received it. I hope at least that it was a homeless person that took it.

There was a sizing issue I brought up in my first rating, and by the next day, Shawncraft contacted me, and our disagreement was resolved.This t-shirt is very well designed and is made of high-quality material.
I bought a top for my partner, only for her to want a size bigger. I asked how to get the returns process started, and was told not to worry and they would send another top in the size requested. Excellent quick customer service and the quality of the top is second to none, like a premium brand! Will definitely buy again!

Extremely happy with my purchase!! My three items arrived in a timely manner and they look gorgeous. Just as described. The fit is perfect and looks flattering on me. Usually sweaters make me look frumpy but the one I bought from them has a gorgeous fit. If it let me add pictures I would.
