VERY HAPPY AND GREAT QUALITY! Honestly now a days reviews are hard to trust because of competition trying to hurt other’s business. I live in NY and my package was sent to wrong state because of me having an old address stored to ig, but i received a call from the delivery company and they told me they would contact the vendor and have everything fixed. It took some time but customer service did stay in touch with email and took them 1-2 days max to respond. They did not charge me extra to have it reshipped to my correct address.When the merchandise arrived Monday and I opened it up the quality of t shirt and embroidered raccoon with saying “I need snacks” was very well done! Super happy for the merchandise and so was my daughter. I’m going to get some more shirts this week from them. Long as the material and quality stays the same this will be a new company I gladly support. I promise you this was a real experience and wanted to be this detailed to make sure someone else gives them a chance!!
im a first time buyer and I ordered 3 different shirts, and i love them a lot.The prints on the shirts came out really good, and the shirts fit true, very comfortable.I did order one shirt with the wrong size. But their customer service got back to me quicky about the matter and are resending me a new shirt.
I ordered a sweatshirt and got it in two weeks, but I realized that I had made a mistake ordered the wrong size upon opening my package. I contacted customer support and asked if there was any way for me to return my package and order a new sweatshirt in the size I wanted. They responded immediately, sent me a new package and had it shipped to me in under a week! The sweatshirt is just as advertised and is great.
I love, love, love my new t-shirt from Shawncraft! The material is high quality and the shirt fits perfectly. Had a little problem with shipping because I entered the incorrect zip code for delivery, but the shipment made its way to my mailbox! Would order from again.
I ordered a sweatshirt from Shawn craft, it was awesome, I loved it but it was a size to big so sent an email to them and had a reply within 12 hours or less. They sent me a new sweatshirt in the size I needed and told me to keep the larger one. That my friends is excellent customer service! I will definitely buy from Shawn craft again!
This is an update to a previous negative review that focused on how much my shirt shrank. I am impressed to say that Shaun reached out to me directly about my negative review. His focus was clearly on satisfying the customer. He has mailed me a new shirt in an XL size so that hopefully it will be wearable even after washing. I commend him for his commitment to quality service and customer interaction!
