Review Time
Unlike some, the product did arrive after quite a long delay (no surprise to learn that it came direct from China). The item arrived with very little instructions - 3 to be precise: 1. Choose intensity level...2. Select heat or red light therapy...3. Glide over skin. I have used the gadget twice, once just to test it out and then on the second occasion for the required '10 minutes on the affected area'. When testing the gadget, I was really quite shocked at the strength of the suction. Suction options 1-20, 1 being the weakest. I had it at number 1 and it griped hold of my skin so badly that I could not release the device, even by switching it off. So for the second attempt, I liberally applied the essential oil and did the recommended 10 minutes. I am now black,blue and purple all over my legs and buttocks, and the bruises are quite painful. It surely can't be good for you to use a device that causes this much internal bleeding. It feels like my buttocks and legs have been dragged for 100's of meters over a very rocky terrain. I would seriously think twice about this item!
Still emailing to and Fro promised refund and replacement now but want me to cancel the bank chargeback I’ve done before they will refund! Bank advised I shouldn’t do this as if they then don’t refund I cannot do another chargeback-feel like they are just stalling sadly do not recommend on the experience I have had with them they promised a refund before I even did the chargeback and that never happened

I asked for my "no questions asked money back guarantee" but they instead insisted they had sent me the "wrong product" and wanted to send me the correct product. I reluctantly agreed. The second product was exactly the same of course. When I again asked for my refund, I was told I would have to send both devices back to China at my expense. Needless to say, I still don't have the refund, nor any apology for the physical pain this device has caused me
