I really wasn't happy with the item or the service. I placed my order on 04/03 and I had to pay £8 for delivery which I didn't understand because it wasn't next day delivery or something. It said delivery would take 2-3 days so to pay £8 delivery charge was bizarre. I received a message that my parcel will be delivered on 08/03 but wasn't. I rang Shiffonz who confirmed it would be delivered on 10/03 instead. I recieved the dress and it wasn't like the picture online. It looked like a midnight blue online which is the reason I got it, but in real life it is a dark blue. Luckily, my niece liked it and wants to keep it otherwise I would have returned it. Not happy at all. Shiffonz are usually pretty good, I normally go to the branch in Bradford. My first experience shopping online with them, definitely not happening again.
Wouldn’t even rate the outfit or customer service one star! The outfit was poor quality, the work on the outfit broke off within the first two hours of wearing it. I contacted the Bradford store where I explain what happened to a female member of staff she responded with ‘I don’t know what to say’ what does she mean she doesn’t know what to say? How unprofessional, if she doesn’t know what to say or do she shouldn’t be employed there. She then requested images which I sent over they refused to assist and said no refund would be provided as it has exceeded 14 days, so I requested a partial refunded they still refused. I told them I would be leaving a review and they did not care and ignored my message.Would not shop from here again and would advise everyone else not too!
