Hi I purchased a dress for my daughters birthday 2 weeks ago as it was her birthday yesterday she wore the suit and all the beeds on the suit started falling off straight away. Today I have come to the store to either get it repaired or exchanged I spoke to a manger called meenu she did not know how to handle the situation as I told her I seen the suit online first and then I came to the store to see it in person she said we can't exchange it because it is a sale item. No one told me when I purchased the item as she said it is the whole UK rule sale items are always defaulted lol I would recommend people not to buy anything from shiffonz on Leeds Road bradford as they are robbers.
I did my due diligence and emailed the store to clarify measurements for a dress I wanted to order for a wedding I have to attend. They messaged back I ordered the dressIt arrived and it’s too small! I measured the dress and it’s 4 inches smaller. I emailed them. The response came delayed and as i have this wedding I’ve had to take it to a seamstress to see if it can get altered. The inside of the dress is a mess! Literally hacked at the excess material so it can’t be let out.They’ve since emailed to say I can return the outfit but as I’ve said I bought this for a wedding this week! I didn’t want to go through this and that’s why I emailed them BEFORE I ordered. Such disregard for customers is disgusting. Never again!
