Do not order any products from this company. I ordered a product for Father’s Day and I paid $24 for urgent shipping which it said to arrive 2-5 business days after 3-5 processing days. I ordered on June 11th and my product was supposedly arrived on June 29th. I never got the package. I’m the meantime, I asked for a refund because didn’t not get the package in the time frame I paid for it in. The customer service kept emailing back saying just be patient and telling me it’s on its way. They never refunded me my money. This website is terrible and takes no accountability for their terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

THE WORST ONLINE SHOP I EVER TRIEDI ordered a personalized lamp with spotify code. I am completely dissatisfied for several reasons:1) The product should have arrived around 11-12 JUNE but it arrived on 25 JUNE 2) On the website it was specified that the dimensions of the lamp were 22x14 cm, while the lamp that arrived is 15x10 cm.3) The back of the lamp had several scratches, very visible and marked when the lamp is on.After numerous return of emails no response from them i go on the facebook and did research and i found this help which is eight four five four8one i did call the company and finally i got order moeny refunded on date 28-06-2021 Don’t purchase it. You have been warned AVOID THIS COMPANY. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Instead, they kept my money (about $100) and sent it through regular mail.i went online and did investigation on this company and i found their refund department help dial which is7602843131 i did call the company and finally i got order moeny refunded on date 16-06-2021

I am very happy with my purchase it’s such a beautiful Pieces that came out more than what i was expecting. Thank you so much for your amazing efforts in it, it’s such a real memorable gift to give! Also it was beautifully packed and safe from any damage. I will make more future purchases for sure. The only thing that was negative is that shipping time took way longer than what it says on the page when making my order, about 2 weeks and some dayss. but other than that I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I am completely dissatisfied for several reasons:1) The product should have arrived around 11-12 February, but it arrived on 23 February.2) On the website it was specified that the dimensions of the lamp were 22x14 cm, while the lamp that arrived is 15x10 cm.3) The back of the lamp had several scratches, very visible and marked when the lamp is on.After numerous exchanges of emails where I asked for a refund or a new product that respected the characteristics described on the site, they replied that they were sorry and that they could have given me a ridiculous 5 € refund (when I paid the product more than 40 € !!!). I sent an email complaining about how ridiculous the € 5 refund was and I have not received a reply or any kind of refund.

Brought a speaker lamp and was very disappointed with the state it was when I opened it. The speaker was on and couldn’t switch it off as the button was damaged and also the top of the speaker had a dent init. I tried to get in touch but still have no response from them. Would not recommend this to anyone because you will never get your money back (although I did pay for extra shopping).

I Think I was Scammed by a fake company.

I placed my order back in November for Christmas. It is now after Christmas and I am still waiting. The tracking number and system they use is of no use. According to it they sent it FedEx, but FedEx has no way to track the number they give you and won't even speak with you unless you have a FedEx tracking number or door tag number. The Shingirl company wont respond to my E-mails and I have sent a few. I don't know if I will ever get my order and if I do will it be undamaged? I think this might me a scam and they keep the money and send you nothing. Any good or Positive reviews on this site for them could be fake. It is Very possible that they put those reviews on themselves.If any one else falls pray to these people my heart goes out to you.
