Review Time
I ordered 2 lamps in January for my girls. I finally got the last one. And I got all my notifications on the item and tracking info. I understand the waiting for the packages to come in was stressful. I'm so glad I just waited. The memories with my girls is worth the wait. The lamps are beautiful. So I would definitely order again and wait the time till I get them. Thank u.
I purchased the moon lamp for Father's Day 2020. I ordered it in May. It still isn't here (August 2020). I paid extra for expedited shipping. They did not send it through that process. Instead, they kept my money (about $100) and sent it through regular mail. If I ever get it, I doubt it will be whole. Don't bother with emails they will act as if they don't understand you. I plan on going through my bank for a refund. Lastly, do not purchase products from here.
I ordered something for a graduation gift to someone way over a month ago, and I signed up for notifications and I have never got an notification. I have sent several emails, complaining and first of all there spelling in the emails was really bad and they were rude saying how I can not refund and get my money back. I spent around $50 and I can not get a refund. For anyone reading this, Don't waste your time and money on this website, it is no good and it is a scam.
The product took longer than expected. I will say, today I received it and it was worth the wait. The Bluetooth sounds nice, the LED lights are beautiful and so is the circular spin. The only advice that I have is to regularly keep customers updated about the product and try to get it to the customer faster.
Placed my order on May 2020 . As of today August 5th 2020 I still have not received it. Tracking order info has not been updated since June 5th I keep emailing them for an update and I just keep on receiving the same respond "there is a delay in logistics" I Will NEVER order anything from this Website , its ashamed because I actually intended to order more stuff from here but seeing this and how its taking for ever, never again will I order from here. I though they were serious because facebook promotes them , but I was wrong.
Ordered June 19, 2020 , just for a gift for my friend. I received 3 weeks later and the gift was absolutely beautiful!!! When i communicated with them via email for shipping details they got right back to me !!!! Thanks Shingirl ! Only 4 stars because of the 3-4 week order time !
Placed my order June 6, 2020 . As of today (July 30th, 2020) have not received it. Tracking order info has not been updated, I keep asking them for an update, they keep sending the same response asking me "to be patient" "order has been shipped" "there is a delay in logistics" "to be patient again". Will never order anything from this Website.
