DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHIN GIRL. ITS A RIP OFF. I HAVE ORDERED A LAMP, THEY TOOK SO LONG TO SEND IT AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT THERE WAS A WRONG NAME ON IT, WAS SO SMALL AND HORRIBLE. ONCE I EMAILED THEMTO GET A REFUND THEY DIDNT WANNA GIVE IT TO ME THEY ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME 40% BECAUSE THEY HAD TO DEDUCT THE MATERIAL COST AND THE SHIPPING COST. WHO DOES THAT. I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!! Do not waste your time with this website! I ordered a necklace for a family member well before the holidays, it never came and the tracker has said “overseas delay” for the past 3 weeks. I’m am very angry, emailed the company and asked for a refund, but have not heard back thus far. This website needs to be shut down.
Update!Contacted the company and was advised that it was a sketch of the face because I selected black and white, went back and showed them a black and white picture! Came back and said their factory said it is just a sketch you get for black and white so a complete rip off!Also supposed to be sterling silver which the chain is but the casing that the projection glass is in isnt and is already all tarnished! Projection necklace is rubbish, the picture is like a sketch of the person rather than what it shows on the website
Poor quality jewelry! I paid $24.99 for faster shipping which was guaranteed 2-5 days and I didn’t receive it until 9 days after I ordered it so I asked for money back since I paid extra money for no reason since it arrived later than standard shipping would and they have yet to answer back or give me money back. I will never order from them again.
i just ordered an item for my wife and i for our 5th anniversary a couple of days ago i just now got a tracking number from thier website but it says its invalid and wants me to choose the company shipping it but other than FedEx ive never seen these other company's and like i said i cant even track my order. the facebook page hase one picture of an item on thier site and thats it. after reading these reviews i see now that this is some b.s. axx website that scams people out of thier money and im going to call my bank in the morning and request a refund.
I ordered 2 personalized identical jigsaw puzzles for our special 50th wedding celebration; one for us and one for another relative celebrating their 1st wedding anniversary on the same day as us. Positive notes: 1) The idea of puzzles was great. I loved it. 2) The puzzles arrived in good time. I allowed 5 months.Negative notes: 1) Poor workmanship. 2) Puzzle pieces difficult to put together. One piece did not fit at all. 3) The engraved message on the darker wood puzzle pieces not be seen, unlike what was shown in the ad.4) Because of this company's location, I could not return puzzle to China. Overall: I am "making due" with the puzzles. My husband was able to file down the one piece to make it fit. Next time though, I will shop U.S. companies. Lesson learned.
