Review Time
We ordered the suppose figure from our picture but we received a piece of plastic instead. I managed to cancel a further 2 orders for the same thing that came up on my banking. I can't email them to send it back and get a refund , I wouldn't even give them 1 star at all, its a complete scammer site and PayPal should resolve this matter but lets see but AVOID AT ALL COST if you want my point of view.
I ordered and purchased a blanket for my mother's 70th birthday with pictures and an inscription. I read the reviews after buying and just assumed this was going to be a bad idea. Although it took a little bit more time than expected, my mom received the blanket yesterday and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!
Glaslampe bestellt kam in 3 Stücke an. Total zerbrochen. Ja natürlich, ist auch Glas, kein Mensch hat auf dem Versandpacket einen Aufkleber notiert, in dem Glasinhalt deklariert wird. Verpackung von innen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wirklich grauenvoll und so unglaublich schade für ganze 60.- CHF die ich dafür gezahlt habe. Nie wieder!Glass lamp ordered, arrived in 3 pieces. Completely shattered. Well, of course—it’s glass, and no one bothered to put a sticker on the shipping package to indicate it contained fragile glass. The inner packaging is horrible too. Absolutely dreadful and so incredibly disappointing for the 60 CHF I paid for it. Never again!
I ordered a custom clock for my friends wedding it was made on a flimsy piece of wood literally a clock kit from kmart sold for $9 it had glue marks all over it and missing pieces i raised an issue with paypal as I never got a receipt or order email then got asked to contact them so I did and they offered me a 30% refund for my faulty clock so disgusting
Don’t even want to give one star but has too so I could write a review!! Awful product. Photo necklace ordered, lasted 6 months, photo came out of the necklace. Customer service was awful just told to order a new one!! Avoid buying anything here!!
