Order a Valentine’s gift back in February and have not seen a package yet...... it is now June 15th... I feel like this company is stealing and needs to be shut down... Will never order from a Chinese vendor again.... Shingirl is straight Trash!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I payed £20 delivery for 3-5 days delivery charge so i could get the item in time for my anniversary. It has been over a week and yet no sign of the item. Was our anniversary today had nothing to give to my wife. So disappointed with the service. It is a total scam! Dont fall for it!

If my product comes in good condition I will give it a due review. However I ordered my product in may and I have the same sad song as everyone here. I was so fu××ing captivated by the product that I must have bypassed all these reviews and went straight to my cart. I have gotten feedback although it is never an actual answer or solution. I was provided tracking info which has shown no activity at the current facility since may. I know that many international sellers honor all holidays? meaning no shipping on all of those holidays. With CNY coming up....It would be nice to put that prominently on the website if so. I paid for expedited shipping 2 to 5 days and my order shipped well over a week ago according to the tracking info. I had to spend extra funds to compensate for this missing gift on my moms BIG 50th. Shop with AMAZON yall

This company sucks..

This company sucks... I ordered my package April 25, 2020 and it's june 06 still no package, I sent email after email I haven't heard back, they have no phone number just email. This some b.s. I can't get a refund because my emails not being answered. I wish I could have read the reviews before I purchased.

Horrible!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!!!!!!!I placed an order May 6th. It’s June 7th. Have yet to receive my order. They gave me a no good tracking number!!! This was a birthday girl for my daughter in-law who just lost her mom. Now her birthday has passed. I hate them for this!!!

Horrible!!

I ordered may 3rd, its bow june 4.. 31 days and bo package the USPS tracking says still in transit but tracking number doesn't seem legit bc the last two letters should be US [United states] my last two letters are CN [china] I've contacted them several times and stopped getting a reply may 16th. I would not recommend to anyone!

it is now June 3rd and I have still not received my package, that I ordered May 17th. The website said it will take 5-15 business days and the tracking number says it is still in China.
