It is horrible. Please don‘t buy from them. We bought a Christas present and ordered on Dec.14. Because we wanted to gift them on Christmas we ordered via Express shipping. We paid 22€ extra just for the shipping. It‘s January 6th and the package still hasn’t arrived . After writing to their support they told us to wait. Sorry but paying 22€ for the package to arrive after 2-5 days but still not arriving is not okey. Just please don’t order from there

"Shingirl.de" is a shady front for a Chinese company.Lead times are intentionally hidden and misleading: "please allow 3-5 working days for the production" translates to 8-23 days to receive the package from China (standard shipping)!

Personalized Lamp

We ordered a lamp with a personalized picture on top. We picked a picture of the couple, that had good outlines and not too much of details in the picture itself. We got the order yesterday and what can I say.... the product looks nothing like the picture we submitted. The people look like Clowns. I am in contact right now with customer service, to return the product and get my money back for this awful thing they send us. But somehow they think, 20% off the purchase price is ok. No it's not. They messed up and it's not just a small mistake. Now they trying to blame me for ripping off the protective film (we didn't) , what has nothing to do with their shi++y work.Would NOT recommend to order from them!!!

If I could rate it zero I would !! I’ve tried emailing them and they didn’t reply to the latest message!! The quality it so bad and half the picture shows! You can’t see the picture!!! This company is awful!!

Photo in pendant didn’t fit and it looked like there was hair in it. I wouldn’t recommend. Found a other company on Amazon that was incredible and cheaper

Wrong product 😡

Ordered a necklace for mother’s day with a photo inside , turned up with no photo. Company are no help ‘ send a picture’ well how? will not be ordering from here again 😡

NEVER BUY HERE

Never buy here! The personalized product that I received did not only have a miserable quality but contained pictures that I had uploaded and pictures that others have uploaded, people who I have never met in my life and probably do not even live in my country. I ordered express delivery within 2 weeks instead of the regular 4 weeks as it was an urgent offer, paid a lot for that express service, only to receive the product after over 6 weeks!I requested them to completely take back the product with faulty pictures and hand bag the money and also to pay back the express service fee that I had paid. The offer was to redo the product with only my pictures and that I only would have to pay the shipment for this then. Unbelievable! Paypal did also not help, as they do not get involved with personalized products. At the end it seems a betrayal to me and I am very concerned about the personal rights of my private pictures that I uploaded to this website, seeing how they seem not to care to much about data privacy (me receiving pictures of to me unknown persons). It is obvious that I was not able to use the product. Simply a total lost of money and a lot of energy and nerves. NEVER BUY HERE! NEVER
