DO NOT ORDER FROM SHIN GIRL!! BEWARE!

I ordered an item for my husband for father's day and it still hasn't arrived. I requested a refund which is being denied. I'm being told that due to covid deliveries are taking longer than usual but I've ordered lots of things online since then some of which came all the way from China and they still arrived on time.

Shingirl review of picture lamp

Ordered my product July 5th and was given an est delivery date of 22nd July. Guess what, it arrived on the 22nd July in working order. We ordered the picture lamp and I personally think the product is good quality for the price. The delivery, given that the item has came in from China is excellent. All of the reviews on here do not reflect my own situation. I would go as far to state this is the quickest delivery we have received from this country. Recommend.

I did receive my April order till now. It looks good not as bad as I was worried for, and it does take a while to arrive. For me it took some months.

Don’t order anything from this site

Don’t order anything from this site , I have never experienced such bad customer service ever , it’s been 9weeks since I ordered and still tracking saying it’s not in the uk and even though I have contacted them several times they just don’t reply and I’ve even asked for a refund as I don’t expect to receive my order now, but yet again no reply , wasn’t a cheap purchase either so needless to say I’m very angry regarding this when they can’t even reply to me

Cheap piece of junk that took over 9 weeks to get!

I ordered a Mother's day gift that took over 2 months to arrive. When I received it, it did not look at all like the etched glass balls advertised, it is a chunk of molded plastic that you cannot even tell has a picture engraved/etched/printed on it. This is a huge RIP OFF! Shame on Facebook for letting companies like this advertise so heavily on their websites.

good product, takes long to reach

i ordered a product on june 7, and it just arrived today (july 9). the reason i'm giving 4 stars, though, is because the product was super cute. it definitely took a long time to come, but when i'm looking at the tracking website, most of the time it was just sitting in the shipment area waiting to be processed, which isn't the company's fault. here's how my timeline was:june 7: order datejune 16: given to postal carrier in chinajune 24: airline departure from chinajune 28: arrival at new york processing centerjuly 8: arrived at my town's (in california) shipment processing centerjuly 9: delivered to my houseit took around 10 days to be made before being dropped off for shipment, which is a little longer than expected, but a majority of the fault in delay of shipment is simply just the postal carrier. i suggest they find a new one, though these delays may just be due to COVID. their product was really great quality and my parents love it! if you're ordering this is a quick gift, though, please know that it will definitely take a while to come.

This business is a scam

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. This company is a complete and utter scam and I feel stupid that I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. I purchased a gift for my friends wedding and till now guess what no gift. Also I paid for the express delivery. This company is based on lies and I will never use this company again I will spread the word and make sure that no one ever purchases from this company again until they start running there business Properly. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE

I’m going to give them 4 stars because I feel bad for them. I can read above and below how angry people are but here’s my view. This is coming from Asia somewhere. I knew that no matter what time slot they gave it, it was going to take 2 months longer than they were saying. It’s the same story every time you order from that part of the world. My gratefulness comes from ordering from places where I never even got my merchandise. I feel like at-least the thing arrived. I ordered a picture light lamp thingy for my daughters father with her and him in it for Father’s Day. It’s July 7th. I got it yesterday. I ordered it 2 weeks prior to Father’s Day. It wasn’t damaged, they may have taken the initiative to change their packaging. It came in a nice gift box. I’m still charging it, so I can’t tell u yet about how good it works, but it looks exactly like it was advertised. I’m divorced so I didn’t really care that it was late. I did it more for my daughter than him. My advice, order 2 months before the event if possible. Maybe leave them a comment or email to be extra careful with your packaging.

If I could give this a 0 Star I would. I ordered my father's day gift from Shingirl on June 14th. Today is July 4, 2020 and I STILL have not received the gift I purchased for my father. I will NOT be using their business again. This is a scam and everyone should think twice. I was contacted by Shingirl who let me know that the purchase was already shipped and that due to "COVID" that the delivery times have been delayed. That was two weeks ago. I just want my money back. My time is wasted and my father never got his gift for Father's Day.
