Please don’t buy anything from this website shingirl.com I bought a personalized lamp on May 4th and I received a email on May 15th saying the package is on the way guess what is almost 2 months and I haven’t receive anything luckily I pay with PayPal so they are reviewing the case to get my money back. Oh yeah I emailed them and their response was the package is on the way and to patiently waitPatiently? I had been waiting patiently for almost 2 months for something that was supposed to be a birthday gift
Brought a personalised led rose lamp on the 13th June. Recievied it on the 30th June for it to be damaged. It came in a box in an envelope that was not probably padded and no mention that the item was fragile. Sent email with pictures attached of the damaged item. They have since come back saying I need to pay any additional $20 for them to send me a replacement. Which I will not be doing when it is not my fault especially when I paid $54.74 (£43.64) for the original item Will never use this website again. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Unbelievable- the product was ordered Paying an additional £20 for guaranteed delivery between 2-5 days but product still not received 7 weeks after the order was placed. My request for a full refund has been ignored and in addition I have faced embarrassment as was intended as a special birthday gift. So angry 😡, order from this company at your own risk!
Never ever order of this website, its all a big scam, I ordered my sister a birthday present off here on the 10th may and it still hasn't arrived.... I've asked for a refund as I had to buy something else and no longer want the parcel or need it, all I keep getting from them... is its on its way, I ordered this nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received it and there refusing to give me a refund. I spent nearly £50 on this website which is a lot of money to miss out on. Worst website ever.
Ok so I ordered a DAD Bluetooth speaker at the end of April thinking I’d for sure have it for Father’s Day.. that didn’t happen.. so I just knew I’d have it by his birthday on the 29th & that didn’t happen.. good news it finallyyy came yesterday! I was getting a little discouraged but it finally came & I LOVE IT! Now with the shipping tracking it is in Chinese but I found out you can translate it to English In the bottom right corner & it gives a small English update! 😩 definitely took forever to come but I love it..
I ordered my item on 6/12/2020 and paid additional for the 2 to 5 days expedited. It's now 6/29/2020 and i still have not received my father's day item. It's late and i received no notification from this company. I tried reaching out to the company via email and the email was returned in error twice. The tracking info is also in Chinese writing, so I'm totally at a lost here. I would never use this company again. I wish i could give a negative star...
Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day on April 27th, 2020. Today is June 26th and the gift still hasn’t got there. I’ve emailed at least 5 times asking for a refund. This company is a scam an unreliable. Please dont risk ordering from here.
ANYONE WHO WANTS A REAL WEBSITE TO ORDER PERSONLISED ITEAMS FROM GO TO A COMANY CALLED "SOULFEEL " . I ordered from soulfeel and got a personalized watch for my husband and literally got it within a little over a week !! I made the mistake and ordered from 2 company's because I was scared one wasn't going to make it and i needed a gift for father's day so I took the chance and also gave shingirl a chance which was horrible so now I'm going back to soulfeel and ordering from them . now my experience with shingirl Still no product ! I emailed the company many times it's been over a month I get emails back some times and it's always the same answer "be patient freind iteam in coming . " My iteam has been in transit for over a month ! As soon as I told them I wanted a refund I got no more emails so I will be reporting the purchase to my bank because I'll be getting my money back since I was charged for a iteam I never received . But I'll let shingirl shaddy ass company deal with my bank now .
I ordered on this website on jun 2nd and later found out that the website is probably a scam. However I recently just received my order after 3 full weeks which is not bad for an order that is coming all the way from china (i live in Arizona). So i am here to give a little hope because when my order was shipped, they constantly were updating me through emails about every stop and when it will get to me. So shingirl might be a website that is still growing. Quality: not what i was expecting but it’s beautiful.
