Have purchased from cool shirtz on several occasions now including limited edition pre orders and Black Friday sales. They are very upfront with shipment times delays and the expected experience which is always a pleasure and while with many of these pieces it has taken many months the quality has been worth the wait.Their shirts are incredibly well sized often being nice and loose or baggy enough to give room. Their jumpers are very comfortable as well, not being ridgid or stiff due to material choices but instead but pleasantly soft and well forming!The designs and prints are also excellent quality! Price can be a bit high but you won’t find any better quality product at a lower price point and you’ll often find more expensive clothing from other brands which pales in comparison to the cool shirtz quality! Truly a sweet spot of design, quality, and price!
I have nothing but gratitude for this team. I bought a preorder and I realised late that delivery didn't fit my schedule (due overseas holidays) I got in touch with Georgia who helped me in all the process, she gave me so many option in order to fix my problem, and she did it, I have my products just in time before my flight. I strongly recommend this company.

I have yet to receive the item but I had a very nice customer service experience!I had a question regarding my order and how long until it would ship (since the website said 2 days and it had been more because the item is a pre-order item which I didn't know)I spoke to Sarah over email, I sent the first one, and received an answer within a few hours or so. She was super nice and understanding, and answered my question with exactly what I needed to hear.So, so far I've had great experiences with them and can only recommend them
Edit: i contacted customer support and Sarah helped me, they even explained the issue with the shirt which helps but I’m still a little upset I can’t get a proper Deadsoft long sleeve. I love coolshirtz prints and their designs and I’ve been relatively happy until my last order. It was the Deadsoft long sleeve tee, I waited for it to restock and immediately I noticed the fabric wasn’t the same as the other shirts I bought, there was a small cut in the bottom but I didn’t mind sewing a little patch, annoying but it was fine until I put it on and the whole damn sleeve came off. Never been so dissatisfied in the brand I wear almost everyday. Just be weary when ordering from coolshirtz. Not too sure what happened here or why my shirt had a cut in it to begin with but do better. Everything else I’ve gotten is extremely high quality and now I’m just afraid of washing my brand new shirt bc I don’t want it to fall apart.
I had some issues with postage and customs from Ireland, which caused the package to be returned and cool shirts and namely Georgia, over in the customer service section was so amazing and helpful once my package was returned to them they offered to send it back again all fees paid including customs which I appreciated. Great brand great product always great value.
