Hobby Lobby has always been one of my favorite stores. Due to COVID, I resorted to doing mostly online shopping. I placed a large order with Hobby Lobby and was pleased with the end result. Order was received timely. All items were included and nothing was damaged. I’m very excited to get back into the store once it’s safe! Highly recommended!
I bought some paint no tag brought another one same brand one matte one gloss manger Michael at Clinton Hwy in Knox Tenn was asked if he knew price ,if the same he said no different price REAL RUDE kepted walking NO HELP AT ALL we are going to Joanna Fabric know after spending 100.00 SO SAD ACROSS TOWN WE GO
Need to make a return for broken merchandise ordered online. Have emailed customer service several times no response. Store will not accept return and online phone number is not accepting calls. They also will not answer emails!!! I just want a refund for broken item sent to me!
Terrible. I ordered a puzzle and received an entirely different puzzle. There is no way to return it without my paying to return it. Upon opening it, we found the box had only been fake glued-sealed together and the pieces were loose inside, not bagged as in a new puzzle. There were many pieces already put together! Obviously USED! Also... Who knows if all pieces are there!? I will never order from hobby lobby again.

You cannot call Hobby Lobby and you cannot get connected to their website. I placed an order for Deco mesh. Only part of the order was delivered yet I was not refunded any money. I know that the country is in crisis but if you're not going to fulfill order then refund my money. I tried calling and I was told that you are not answering the phone. How else would a person get in touch with you other than write a bad review for your service. I intend on getting my money back even if I have to go to the BBB. What a way to run a business. It took two weeks waiting for my order, only to find out that Hobby Lobby kept part of it.
I realize this is tough times right now but when you receive an order from a company there should be someone available to resolve any issues I have tried their email And the link won’t work and I have tried the phone number and there’s no one to answer on the other end pretty poor business practice in my books
