Their website is horrible. It is slow and barely works half the time. The shipping rates are crazy, and they offer no store pickup. And good luck finding anything that isn't sold out. They offer good sales but when you add on the shipping you might as well just pay regular price at another store.
I normally have a pleasant experience, but I recently recieved a damaged item in my online order and I have called the customer service line multiple times (spending over 20 minutes in hold before leaving a message) and sent numerous emails to ask how I can go about getting a replacement or refund. No replies. No calls back. Nothing. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Have shopped at Hobby Lobby for years, although not since the pandemic hit in March.In store: my preferred location in Niagara Falls, NY is always clean and relatively stocked (again, been at least 7 months since I set foot into the store), the people are helpful and polite.Online: 6 orders since 2014, no damaged merchandise issues with delivery, although it does take a while to receive the items (they are not Amazon, so do not expect Prime style 2-3 day deliveries)
I want to take this opportunity to commend the Enterprise assistant manager Bonnie Griffith, for a job well done.I went into the Hobby lobby store in Enterprise Alabama, this evening with some photos, I needed a frame done to present to my pastor on Sunday. Bonnie Griffith along with the clerk on duty in the fame shop, did an outstanding job, Bonnie was very professional, she provided exceptional customer service.She went the extra mile to work with the clerk on duty, I left my number for them to call me on October 10th when the frame was completed.To my surprise I received a call from Bonnie Griffith, 2 hours after I left the store informing me that the Job was completed. Bravo Bonnie and her clerk exceeded my expectations.
I am a repeated customer at this store ..I have NEVER NEVER had to jump loops to pay for my stuff... Today I ran to the store to pick up a couple things for myself and friend who also makes wreaths. I was ready to pay when I realized that I left my phone with the 40% off. Cashier San Juanita T-4079 store 291.says oh will you can go it your coupon and come back. So I said ok (I know for a fact they cashiers keep a 40% discount coupon with them just for cases like this) not because they (cashiers have to but because MOST OF THEM do it to be nice and make it easier on us) but I went to my car and got it. I told her its going to be to different transactions. She looked at me and said will you can only use this 40% this one time per customer. I said ok its going to be two different transactions. She then says will that person needs to be here regardless if its on two different transactions and in order to use the 40% off again. I said ok so I called my friend on the phone and told her to come inside so the cashier can see her. So she came in. As I was still holding the cash,the cashier then says ughh will she needs to hold the cash and pay herself. I again say ummm ok still i keep my kool and i gave my friend the cash. .( I didn't even asks her why but I guess she (cashier knew she was being hard on me. Cashier then says rude " Will I don't make the rules and rolls her eyes at me. I say nothing to her and we both walk away. As we are walking out My friend says to me..( whats wrong with her? ..I say idk maybe she has a bad life/day and is taking it out on her customers. ( note to hobby lobby.. If your employees are alond to give your paying customers a hard time just because they are upset. Then maybe from now on I'll WE will both make Michaels are 1st choice. ) I will pay more for better caring customer service then having to put up with someone that can't keep her emotions together at work. I have and I never said one thing to your employee to give her a reason to treat me like this. Thank you NO thank you!!
My visit to Hobby Lobby in Austell GA is very unsafe. The Store Manager and other employees are not wearing mask to protect their customers. This is selfish and thoughtless I will not ever go back into the store again ... also will pass this on to others.
Floral department items are marked wrong on the tag, on the shelf AND on the package. I picked three ivy garlands, priced $3.99 each, each hanging among the other IDENTICAL garlands priced $15.99. At the checkout, I pointed out the discrepancy, hoping they'd meet me half way for the error; instead, I was told by the manager that was the old price, the new price is $19.99. Christian companies should not have ridiculous price discrepancies, rude customer service, poor business practices and inability to admit their faults.So disappointed with this "CHRISTIAN" business in Pueblo. C'mon, guys, be a good example to the rest of the retail world!!
I called to let them know I never received my order even though the tracking info showed delivered. I called customer service and they were so professional and told me they would need to investigate and would get back to me. With in 24 hours they contacted me for a full refund or to replace my order. I wish all companies had this type of customer service!
