Review Time
This store Carrie's a large variety of supplies. The only problem I have is when you ask questions about products or where a item is the answer received 8 of 10 times is I Don't Know.. so why don't they ask another employee why do I have to hunt another one down. I believe better training on products is needed or get some people with craft experience to work there. Heck idk
I ordered my daughter things over ten days ago for the holiday. Shipping is so incredibly slow, it’s still not there. If I would have known this I would have selected another company. Keep this in mind and don’t order from this company if you don’t have 2-3 weeks to wait. Undependable. Now I hope it will be there when she returns from her trip. Doubtful. Perhaps when ordering they should give you a delivery estimate so you can cancel if needed?
I ordered online. Never received a confirmation email, but they took my money. Emailed customer service they gave me the run a round and told me to call customer service. Called waited 30 mins no one picked up. Bad service especially around the holidays.
tbh I'm probably the person who shops at the local store the most and its great. they have sales that rotate every week and you can always get 40% off one item. I hope they level up their online shopping options and get free store pick up (or just free shipping to the store) like Joanns and Michales. Their shipping rates are VERY high for online orders (I run an online store and I know how much it actually costs to ship items, if Etsy sellers can offer free shipping on orders over $35 you'd think a chain retailer would too). Also they can't check if a specific item is in stock other than physically walking over to the isle (and it doesn't tell you online if its available in a certain store) that it is in so you just have to hope they have it in stock (they also can't check if other stores have an item so if its out of stock in one store you have to decide if its worth driving to another store where they also might not have it). Overall its a good store with a good selection but they need to update their technology. Also it sucks that its a christian store (bc if you're not going to respect my religion why should I respect yours) but its not like that's gonna change :/
Recently had to return Christmas items for an event that was cancelled. The manager, Tony at the Dania Point store in Dania Beach, Fl could not have been more helpful and friendly. Also, this store is always well stocked, organized and clean!
Love the wide variety that this company offers as well as the many items catered to people of faith. You can easily spend hours browsing their selections and it seems like they carry everything you could possibly need related to crafts. They also often have great sales and coupons available. Love this company and definitely recommend them.
