This was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The dress was cheaply made, with thin, low-quality material an unflattering fit, and the zippers were so poorly made it took three people just to get the dress zipped. For the price, the quality is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a size 6 based on the company’s sizing guide, but it didn’t fit at all. When I contacted customer service and sent photos, they told me the dress actually measured as a size 4. I returned it and requested a size 10, but was told I could only size up one size, so I was forced to settle for a size 8. Unsurprisingly, the size 8 didn’t fit either. I used the try-on program before placing my order and tried sizes 6, 8, and 10. All of which fit loosely. So how is it that the same sizes I tried on arrived too small to even zip up? Make that make sence! When I asked the store representatives, they told me the try-on dresses were “probably stretched out.” That’s a weak and pathetic excuse for what is clearly a major inconsistency in sizing. Ultimately, do NOT trust the try-on dress sizes, and do NOT trust the size guide. They are misleading and left me scrambling last-minute to fit a problem that should not have occurred in the first place. In the end, the only thing that fit was the regret. I had to take the size 8 dress to a seamstress and spend even more money just to get this overpriced, poorly made dress to fit. It took 5 months to get this solved. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
My bridesmaids all said the try on dress process was easy. I also loved how they had so many styles to pick from that all came in the same color and fabric. Also love the large range of sizes. It was so important to me that all of my bridesmaids felt confident. I also loved the mega swatch! It was nice having such a large piece of extra fabric! I am using one of those swatches to make a matching bow for my flower girl. I loved my dress experience so much that we went back and ordered the pajamas too. My only recommendation for change is that I hope they continue to expand. I would have loved to be able to order matching sleep masks, slippers, etc.
My experience with Revelry has been nothing short of frustrating. The at-home try-on service is a scam—if you want to try on a variety of dresses, be prepared to spend a lot. But that’s just the beginning of the issues.Their measurements are completely bogus. I measured myself carefully and ordered sizes that were supposed to match my measurements, but when the dresses arrived, half were two sizes too big, and a few were somehow too small! How does that even happen? I ended up having to reorder all new sizes, which meant paying for each dress and the shipping costs all over again. It was a total rip-off.To top it all off, their customer service was the exact opposite of helpful. I had to move unexpectedly and notified them well in advance—before they even communicated anything about shipping my purchase. Despite the fact that my order wouldn’t ship for at least two weeks, they refused to change the address, claiming they couldn't because the shipping label had already been printed. They offered no solutions and essentially told me I was out of luck.Save yourself the headache and avoid Revelry. Their services are misleading, and their customer service is useless.
I wanted to order a tie and pocket squares for my wedding in September, but I was worried they would arrive to late. I called and talked to customer service, they were extremely helpful and explained the shipping information to me! They assured me that they should get to me on time. My order arrived today in plenty of time! The items ordered seem to be great quality! I can’t wait for them to be used in my wedding!
My experience was very good! They make it very easy to try on the dresses before you order anything! Sizes are accurate. The only thing I wish was different is if you could try on the color you were planning on purchasing but I do understand why that isn’t allowed! Overall would buy dresses/bow ties/ ties from them again!
