The name of an old golf course was Lakewood Link Golf club and just couple of month ago, it was changed to another name - Silver Lake Link Golf club. I had requested for this change to be put in the Shot Scope system day before yesterday and service team asked for few clarifications yesterday and they could make requested change yesterday itself and could play a round of golf today afternoon. Support team help was very prompt. Deeply appreciate.
Ordered a v5 watch last year and it was a great, had a problem with one of the buttons on it after using it a while and got in touch with them and they were fantastic, sent out a new unit to replace the faulty one and were a pleasure to deal with all Through the process, thank you to James who helped sort it all.
My second Shotscope watch, an X5. The "no subscription" part is good, but the watch battery will not last 3 years. It will last 2+ which takes it out of warranty, then it's good for the bin as it won't last a round. So it's worth considering TCO when comparing this with subscription models as you will be replacing in less than 3 years.
