The shot scope LX+pro I bought for £350 a year ago has stopped working twice and had to send it back and then the H4 device broke later in the year. They were fixed tbf but shouldn’t happen. The H4 battery isn’t great as needs charging after every round but you can’t just let it charge and it turns off… it stays on and charge goes to 0 which is possibly the worst device design I’ve heard of.I also wasn’t able to swap some tags over which would have been a nice gesture given the issues I had which is a shame.
£280-£250 is a lot of money to spend on a watch. I know the watch is only guaranteed for two years and I’ve had mine slightly longer than that maybe 3 1/2 but I do feel they ought to be a battery replacement option. Mine is a perfectly good watch but the battery has gone and it goes in the bin? I was offered 25% discount on a new watch however the watch I wanted, the X5 was unavailable and out of stock from your own company so I had to buy a lesser watch to tide me over. Not really that impressed to be honest. I really only purchased this watch because of the discount. May be time to move to another provider.
I contacted shotscope to ask for advice on replace a broken watch strap pin. I was expecting them to tell me the size to get, or to perhaps replace the pin.They were very responsive and helpful on the phone. They quickly mailed me out a complete replacement strap (not just the pin) with the right screwdriver to replace.Great service and it would certainly build brand loyalty for me.
I have no issue with the customer service team. I reached out due to an issue I was having with my X5. The watch no longer held a charge that would last an entire round. It used to last an entire round of 18+. Then it deteriorated down to 17 holes, then 14 and now just about 10 off a fully charged battery. I reached out to customer service and asked if I could replace the battery, even at a cost to me. Customer service said it was not possible and offered a discount code. Having to buy a new watch every 2 years, which is just how long their batteries seem to last does not seem very environmentally friendly or a good use of money. I will look for other options
Bought a shot scope watch as a present, which had been duplicated. Contacted Shot Scope who were brilliant and raised the returns documents immediately. When l returned it by Royal Mail Special delivery, i sent a copy of the proof of postage via email and they immediately confirmed credit. Well above expectation, would definitely use and recommend Shot Scope again
