Quick and Excellent Customer Service experience with Shotscope. I had a unsupported Shotscope watch and the Customer Service team quickly sorted out the issue of non-connecting of the watch. Really happy to see such level of customer service experience!
Firstly, I don't write reviews but I just wanted to say how genuinely impressed I was with the service I received from Shot Scope, and especially Cameron who was leading the case on their end. I didn’t expect to get very far by contacting Shot Scope directly, but I was completely wrong.The customer service was excellent. Responses were timely, solutions were offered clearly, and although the initial fix didn’t work, I was quickly advised to send the device back for a replacement with no hassle. The overall experience honestly exceeded my expectations. Well done Shot Scope and well done Cameron.
I recently had an issue when my V3 watch stopped recognising my clubs. The problem could not be fixed, which, in itself, isn't an issue, as these things happen. My only disappointment was that spares for the V3 were no longer available (V3 released in 2020), so I couldn't replace the strap with a new one. I was offered a discount on buying a replacement for it, which I gratefully accepted. In all the communications back and forth with Shotscope, the support was all you'd want - prompt, polite, clear and efficient.
I had an issue with my X5 watch not consistently detecting GPS and occasionally losing sync on the course. From the very first email, James was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.Although the X5 was out of stock, James quickly offered a brand-new V5 as a replacement and clearly explained the differences. There was no hassle — just a straightforward solution.What stood out most was how easy he made the whole process. No pushback, no delays — just efficient, friendly service focused on getting things sorted.Excellent communication, excellent service, and a great example of how customer support should be done.I love the V5 and have no qualms about recommending this as a great piece of golf gear.
