Ordered 2 watches as gifts for husband & son. 1 x V5 and 1 x ex-display G6, on 14/12/25, received V5 on 19/12 & G6 on 20/12. Good communication with regards to processing and delivery. Husband delighted with his V5, he had an older Shop Scope which he was very happy with so was keen to replace with the same brand. I requested to return the V5, nothing wrong with it, it appeared in brand new condition, simply made redundant as son had also been gifted an Apple Watch. Cameron went above and beyond, emailed returns form and processed the refund quickly upon receipt of the returned V6. Cameron, unprompted, had contacted me earlier to request a copy of the evidence of postage so he could speed up the refund. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.
Made a purchase and don’t get a confirmation email. After waiting 24 hrs I contacted customer support through an online submission. Got a response very quickly explaining how the system works and that my order had been received. Was very pleased with the timely response and detailed explanation. Really set me at ease.
