Review Time
I got my first v3 4 years ago. It failed after less than 2 years, and to be fair to shotscope they replaced it under guarantee. Unfortunately the second watch has again failed, so 2 brand new watches each lasted around 2 years which I don’t think is acceptable. Seems to be an issue with the sensor in the strap failing so it no longer tracks your shots.
This is what I call customer support!The 18th holes at The Glamorganshire Golf Club has had one green side bunker removed and the two others remodel. Send information through to Shotscope customer support and within an hour I had received a email stating The Glamorganshire Golf Club course had been updated. Definitely 5* service.18th hole won't be in play till march at earliest but when it is, my Shotscope is already updated for the course changes.*****
As per usually response to my query was timely. James did an outstanding job of giving me options and answering in a timely matter even with an 8 hour time difference. Keep up the great work. Shotscope one of the few companies that actually backs up their products with Excellent Support!Cheers JR
Responsiveness of the Support Team is a major factor on why I am shifting my current Golf ecosystem to ShotScope. The V5 watch is an excellent product. It would be difficult to play without it now. A firmware update would not work, after contacting support and an email exchange it then miraculously worked without issue.Problem sorted in quick time, impressive.
