What a result with Shot Scope, it’s a rarity these days to get such brilliant service. Had a problem after the download so emailed late Friday night and first thing Monday morning. I received an email from Callum which advised me as to the problem. Guess what it was Brilliant advice and solve the problem immediately. All I can say now is well done to Shot Scope and a special mention for Calum.
Having bought a new set of clubs, I wanted to assign them to my Shot Scope tags. However, Shot Scope did not have those clubs on their site at this time. I emailed their support team on Saturday and a reply came back to me on Monday saying that the clubs are now available and I should log out of my account, and log back in for them to appear on my profile. This I did and there they were. Amazing support.
The Connex tags and app were good and despite a few teething problems seemed to work well. Well that was until there was an app update and now I can't get the app to switch between scanning the tags and then the Pin collect. When contacted support this appears to be due to text size on my phone. They were quick to answer but still having problems.
I had a problem with my V5 watch and asked a question. After clarifying the problem the support team immediately offered a replacement and sent instructions which were so easy to follow to send the problem watch back. Really responsive to my query and had a solution within minutes. Cannot fault the level of service. Would recommend the V5 watch, app and overall experience anyway, but the service I received puts ShotScope into the exceptional category.
I ordered the wrong replacement band for a G3 watch. I sent an inquiry, and got a courteous response from Cameron within one day with a link for a return. Yes, postage is on me for that return, but the promptness and willingness to be helpful for such a small item is impressive.
have used shot scope for some years now. they never fail to be helpful. questions are answered quickly and recently had a small mishap and they happily sent out spares no charge. customer service is excellent. products are first class and work seamlessly.
