I accidently ordered 2 of the same dress and didn't realise untill I saw the Order Confirmation. Emailed Customer Happiness, and they were able to intercept the order and cancel it and I had to place a new order for 1 only! They went out of their way to help.Note to self: Don't buy online without your glasses on at 4am when you can't sleep hahaha
A parcel from Showpo did not arrive & after 2 weeks of trying to get it resolved through Auspost, the parcel was deemed lost.(It did reach the Auspost distribution centre). I then contacted Showpo to advise of the unfortunate circumstances & Chelsea was quickly onto the case for me. Within 24 hours Chelsea had investigated the missing parcel & issued me with 3 options to resolve the matter, which I chose full refund. Chelsea was extremely efficient & professional & an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Chelsea & Showpo!!
Showpo has excellent customer service, I had an issue with my order and it was fixed promptly. Ernie from the customer service team was very quick to respond and gave me multiple options in order to assist me with my issue. I am very happy and grateful for my experience with showpo.
