Ordered a dress for my son's wedding in January 2025 and was a bit dubious about purchasing through Showpo. However, I am pleasantly surprised with the service and product. There was a problem with my address, my fault not their's, and communication about it was quick and simple and fixed without issue. The product came within the time stated and the dress felt nice when I opened the bag. The sizing is true, the fit is great, material doesn't feel cheap and it's the first dress that I have put on and fallen in love with straight away. Love, love, love the dress.
I lodged a request for a change from a store credit return to a cash refund as I needed to purchase a bigger size for a dress for a wedding that is coming up very soon. Kara was very quick to respond to my request and although they couldn’t provide a cash refund they were able to fast track a store credit once I’d sent proof of the return being shipped. This was all resolved within 24 hours of receiving the dress and purchasing the size up. I’m very pleased with the customer service and care from Showpo and will continue to shop with them as a satisfied customer.
Incredibly dissatisfied with the service. Ordered a package online, on a day when I was not home receive email confirming Australia Post had delivered. I then found this was not correct, strata then showed camera recording of the delivery driver arriving and leaving with boxes. File missing item with Australia Post, reached out to customer service who will not assist until a police report has been filed. I am missing a total of two packages, the other company followed up w Aus Post to continue investigation assuring me that would it not be found they will send me new items. Great service, and support. Unfortunately cannot say the same about Showpo who is yet to step in and support despite a camera clearly showing the item has not been delivered. Incredibly u happy - not only have I lost money but it has also been very time consuming and hard to get the support needed.
Order item 10 days ago and still hasn’t been dispatched The delivery times say 5 days delivery time Well still waiting and no idea when it will be delivered Asked for it to be overnight couriered given the delays and that I need the dress for an event in 4 days That’s had fallen on deaf ears it would appear If you want you item in a reasonable time suggest you look elsewhere as Showpo aren’t too bothered about sticking to the delivery times they set
Inaccurate shipping times, support has been no help. It's been 5 days since it was supposed to arrive and shipment delivery estimate keeps getting pushed back. I asked for a partial refund or future discount code as the events I needed the dresses for passed and they only offered 10% on $100+ order (which you can easily find online anytime) Very disappointed.
