Item not as advertised and faulty I had an inch of glitter everywhere just pulling the dress out of the bag and company refused to offer a return or assistance! Buyer beware! Scam mentality they do not care about their costumers! Better to shop elsewhere!
I am beyond upset with my experience with this company. I spent over $1,000 on dresses, expecting quality and reliable service, but instead, I received four damaged items. To make matters worse, I missed the return window for the others by just one day, and I was informed that there would be no exceptions to their policy. They are trying to tell me that I can only receive store credit for damaged items, which I cannot accept! I want a refund for the other items as well due to not wanting anything to do with this company.The entire situation has left me feeling disrespected and ignored. I have repeatedly requested a phone number to speak directly with someone about my concerns, but I have received nothing. I feel like I’m just being given the runaround, with no genuine support to address my frustration over the poor quality of their products. The only responses I have been able to receive are generic copy and pasted emails. It’s unbelievable that after spending such a significant amount on dresses, I’m treated this way. This company clearly does not value its customers or their experiences. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to think twice and avoid this company altogether!
Purchased a dress for a hens a week out and unfortunately I over estimated my size which seem two sizes too big so returned it for a size down and the parcels came within two days of ordering them through express shipping. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault in the second dress so wasn’t able to wear it. The support team and Chelsea from support were great in assisting a refund within their return policy and understanding of the fault in the dress. Thanks team for your customer service and support in a timely matter.
The item I received was faulty, and the company is refusing to provide any assistance. Given the price I paid, the quality is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against ordering from this website, as it is overpriced. One of the dresses I ordered wasn’t even from Showpo—it seems they purchase cheaper items elsewhere and resell them at a markup.
Absolutely love buying all my clothes from showpo - casual, office and event wear. Everything is such high quality at a reasonable price point and even better when on sale! When I’ve accidentally bought something in the wrong size, their customer service team has been so helpful. Thank you!
Dress did not fit, have to pay to return the dress. Need urgently for an event, website says they will work to help you but they don’t. Also says they will reimburse 110% that’s not true either. Send you coupons that don’t work. You have to pay to return something then they up the price not even a week later so if you still want the dress in a different size you’re stuck paying even more money. Wasted 75$ with this online store as they call it, trying to get a what started out to be 80$ dress. Never recommending, never doing business with this company ever again. They don’t even deserve the one star.
