No hassles at all, return label was msg to me ,printed that out sent it off and was kept informed of parcels journey, then my account was credited full amount of dress, will definitely shop with showpo again knowing how easy the return policy is. I would give zero if I could they’re thieves I returned close exactly the same as they were sent they say they refunded me but I have sent all the proof they haven’t and now I’m having to go to consumer affairs to proof them wrong and get my refund. dONT BUY WIth THEm
