Poor customer service and items not as advertised. Tried to contact them many times to make an exchange for an item I received that was different to what was on the website. Never received any response. UPDATE: Showpo have now replied to this review and LIED about emailing me. I will never use this company again.
I am so disappointed with this company. I purchased a dress for my first trip to Las Vegas and it took forever to get delivered. It arrived too late and I couldn’t even try it on before leaving for a week long vacation. Upon returning home, I was able to see it in person and did not like it. I tried returning and they would not let me. I was annoyed that I would have to pay the $15 fee to return in the first place but whatever, I wanted the bulk of my $100 back. But because their return policy is SEVEN DAYS which is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of, I couldn’t even get part of my money back. I missed it by ONE DAY. I reached out to customer service and explained that I literally went on a week vacation and didn’t receive it in time and they pretty much told me “too bad it’s been 7 days” and that I could get a store credit instead AND still have to pay $15 to ship this dress back. I will never shop here again.
sizing chart is so offi ordered us14(XXL)! which i thought would be to large but my measurements lined up with the size chart for that size. WAY to big, didnt even need to unzip the cloths to try on.so then i ordered us10(XL) which normally I'm an L\XL depending on what fit I'm looking for. EVERYTHING was to SMALL ! so now im never ordering againi contacted customer service about there sizing chart problem and to see if they would cover the shipping coast for the 2nd return. they would not do that so im very much over this sight.positive: customer service was quick thought both chat & email
I am extremely disappointed in my latest Showpo order. My dress arrived and it looked nothing like the picture and the material was so cheap. I contacted customer service and they told me to just send it back at my own cost. Honestly this is disgraceful, it’s false advertising and it’s the customers that have to pay for it. €100 for a dress that looks like it was drop shipped from shien. This used to be one of my favourite brands but after this encounter myself and my friends won’t be shopping here again.
I love the variety available across their entire catalogue and like that most things are quite true to size. Additionally, their customer service is top-notch and quite swift as resolving matters. However the quality of their clothes sometimes lack which can be disappointing and results in returns. They have a great refund policy in which they provide an alternative of a 120% store credit depending on certain circumstances and I believe this generates their ever-growing return customer base.
