Showpo has really cute, unique clothes that I can not find in the US. I always love browsing their items and ordering unique dresses! While I have had issues with getting refunded correctly as well as being incorrectly charged a shipping fee, their customer service has always been professional and responsive and has been able to resolve any issue I've had, so those issues will not deter me from continuing to order fro Showpo!
Dress beautiful, just as described. The Shipping was absolutely awesome. So amazingly quick. The best online service I have ever had AND I have purchased hundreds of things. I live in rural NZ and my dress arrived on the third day! Honest….I am blown away.
First I want to say, this company has beautiful clothing. I received an email that my items had been shipped and I wanted to check the status. I checked the app which had dates that were totally off but when I checked the website the information was up to date. I went to the apps chat and was able to get excellent assistance and the promise the app would be updated. I was pleased with the assistance I received and look forward to my items coming. Once my items arrive I will leave another review and give an update if the app info was changed.
Great customer service overall - I had an issue and went through the chat that ended having to be done through email. The timeframe was super fast and the attention to detail was excellent. Joey was an allstar helping me work through this.
