Where to begin.... their customer service does not exist. I have tried every method and the only way to get a human response is an email which takes 3 days for them to respond too and then they don't even answer your question. I paid for expedited shipping and they didn't even ship the item for 3+ business days (when shipping claims delivery in 2-6) so the items arrived way too late. Waste of money. THEN the quality.... terrible!! Worse than shein and the price is 10x. Returns are also a nightmare and cost another $20, not the free returns they claim on their website. All around a terrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone.
First off, when I opened my package, I honestly thought I had made a mistake and ordered the items from Shein or Ali Express. I literally laughed out loud when I opened the $85 dress and saw rough, paper thin material that was partially damaged and unwearable. There was one item I received that was of OK quality, but 3/4 were unforgiveable. For this price point, this is not okay.Second, initiating a return with them has been a nightmare. I created a return and reached the confirmation page, but I was never sent the return shipping label with further instructions. I am currently trying to chat with someone but the wait has been long and they have yet to be able to provide any help. I should have trusted the other reviews that said their quality has been decreasing over the years. I really hope I can get my money back.
My first time ordering through Showpo was in 2017 and then again in 2020 in which both times I received a high quality of clothing which was true to its sizing. Those previous orders were the reason why I recently chose to re-order through this company again however I can honestly say that I’ve never received as tacky and poor quality items, in my entire online shopping experiences, as I did this time. All three of my purchased items were made with cheap materials (including a zipper that gets caught in its own fabric when zipped) and a dress covered in tacky glitter & sequins (which was evident as I opened up the packaging and they covered the floor beneath me).Showpo’s quality of product has declined drastically within just a two year span and I’m incredibly disappointed to say that these items weren’t even worth physically trying on - all three were put straight back into their packaging to be sent back for a full refund asap.
Editing my Review based off of support reaching out to me: overall seems like support is actually interested in helping our customers (vs. what I got from the first person I interacted with). They fully refunded my order, paid for my return, and gave me 20% off my next order. Overall, I still wish there was reviews from other customers (pictures from customers especially help in actually seeing what the clothes are like), more transparency in return cost, and a more direct way for customers to file their own tickets (in case the person on chat fails to do so). DO NOT SHOP HERE. First red flag, they dont show user reviews for their clothing. Second red flag, when the clothes finally arrived, they were not like the pictures at all, and one of my items literally smelled like a porto-potty. Last red flag and what sealed the deal for me, was when trying to return they charge a $20 flat rate fee for ANY RETURNS! paid directly to them... returns are based on weight, not just a flat rate fee for any return.. it cost more for me to ship it back to them then it did for them to ship it to me. My whole order was $112, so 20% of the cost just goes straight to returns...Then lastly, customer support is trash. They told me they were 'escalating' my issue, and then just did nothing- no email or anything. I will never be shopping from this terrible company. Plenty of other good boutiques out there and disappointing to see this place go down the drain.
I am livid! I ordered my dress for an event 11 days away so I purchased express shipping which stated 4 business days that would still get it here in 6 days so I was happy. It’s now the 7th day my dress says it will come next week, a date pasted my event. Three days after ordering I noticed the eta, I got straight onto their chat rooms. Anamaire told me she sorted the problem and it would be here only a day late. It didn’t show up !! I got back to the chat rooms, Eric was blunt and no apology nor responsibility for actions anywhere to be seen. He told me he can’t control the aircraft which I understand but I wanted to exclaim my frustration and point out their wrong doing. He was very unhelpful. Now I wait to see if my dress shows up before my event
Terrible Customer ServiceI placed an order of 2 items totally 86.95 euro, I had 79.95 euro store credit so my total to pay was 7 euro. Two PayPal transactions were made, one for 7 euro (which is correct) and one for 86.95 euro. Their customer service is appalling, one agent was very blaze and not the hint of an apology for the inconvenience. We are on day 3 now of me trying to get my money back. This is very simple but no one wants to answer me. I have tried the live chat again today and conveniently it disconnects. Shocking.
