My order was late and I could not track it, I did a live chat and they were very helpful, sending me the tracking details and finding where my parcel was, great customer service, very easy to talk to and extremely helpful.
I ordered 3 pair of jeans and a few other items as a Christmas present for my daughter. I needed to return two of the jeans but it was 4 days outside their 30 day return policy. I contacted their customer service and spoke with April and explained that we were sick for 6 days and unable to make the return. She was willing to accept the returns for a store credit which was fine with me. Getting in touch with their customer service was easy and efficient. April was very kind and responsive .
Really quick, convenient help when you need it! I moved houses and forgot to change my address. Although it was too late to change it, the help I got was enough to not make me stress about it! I don’t know any other clothing app that doesn’t have instant help like this! Thanks Chelsea and Showpo x
