Lodged a return (an amazing coat that was too big) but decided to change a store credit to refund so had to email the team. Chelsea replied instantly with a solution. Very happy with the quick & polite service. Have since purchased a smaller size :)

I ordered a few dresses and one unfortunately came stained. i hopped on the live chat and they were so helpful both times I chatted with them and got everything sorted out! really great!
