I ordered a dress on 8/9 and I had paid $15 for express shipping which is the 2-4 day shipping. And I got an email today that said estimated delivery date august 16, Like there’s a reason I paid extra to get it in 2-4 days not a week. I then spoke with a live agent on their website and she wasn’t helpful at all she then gave me the number for DHL customer support, instead of actually helping me. There’s a reason I spoke to you. Worst customer service I don’t recommend paying the extra money for “fast” shipping because it’s crap. Their “fast” shipping is literally one week I can only imagine the people who don’t pay for express shipping, I wonder when they receive their package.
ShowPo is disappointing. I ordered 2 items and they have yet to be delivered. I have tried to contact them and no response. I’m dissatisfied with the customer service as if it seems to not exist. Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this company.
Recently purchased some dresses and I’ve had THE WORST experience with returns. The app doesn’t work for me to process my return and no one has replied to my multiple emails regarding my return! From what I’m reading is that everyone has issues when sending back from overseas. Don’t advertise returns in the US available on your website when it’s NOT!! Save your money and shop elsewhere. Dresses were horrible cheap quality and overpriced. Never will I buy from this site again. Load of BS
I made on order from 355,75 euro and I have to pay 140 euro of customs duties/fee. Few of the dresses were not good so I decide to send them back. I had to pay another 50 euro for sending it back. it is not clearly indicated on the website that you are ordering from Australia.. I saw on the website that the don't send you money back... I really want my money back because 1 dress that cost 545 euro is not normal.. Hope to hear soon of you.
Really poor customer service. I tried to return items because they got stuck in customs and I had to pay a fee - I asked for a refund and someone from the team said that’s fine and that normally they give store credit but because of the difficulties I had with customs they’d give me a full refund as an exception. I wasn’t given a refund but given store credit. I chased the team multiple times over email to work out what had happened, no response, I then turn to the chat function and they confirmed that I would then get a refund - I didn’t, I got a % of the amount via refund, the rest on store credit. I go onto chat again and it turns out the way they worded this in their email meant they were not giving me a refund but only a % would be refunded and the rest on store credit. This definitely was not clear! I explained I wont use store credit because of the risk of more customs issues. This is still ongoing and it’s been 3 months.
Worst customer service and online shop ever!!!I have ordered some dresses.As I did not like them, I wanted to return them back.I was asked if i want a refund or store credit. As i did not want to buy another thing on this online shop i replied refund.Then another contact person of them anwered it is not possible.Why the hell they are asking me then?And on top it I have to pay the return transport costs by myself???I will now have this clarified through my lawyer
I haven’t gotten my order yet, but that’s the reason I am writing a review. I ordered a dress on Friday 7/9 from the US for an event I have the following Saturday (so a week)I paid the 15$ extra for 2-3 day shipping & that was the only reason I ordered because it would’ve been here on time. It is now Tuesday 7/13.. & I just now get a notification that my order will not be here until the following Monday, when my event is Saturday. Super disappointed because I loved the dress I ordered but will be sending it back as soon as it arrives since I won’t need it.I get covid is a thing, but don’t advertise fast shipping if it’s not going to happen. *also, my package is STILL in Australia.. 3 days later.
Ordered for £150 worth, ended up having to pay £80 in customs which wasn’t specified before and it was less than the over £200 total stated on the customs website. Can’t even send the clothes that don’t fit back or will end up having to pay that amount again - a waste of money
Worst experience ever!! Don’t buy from Showpo! I ordered a cute matching set outfit that I was planning on wearing for an event. I ordered it last minute but I did the express shipping which says it will arrive within 2-3 business days. I placed the order the midnight of Wednesday and 2 days after it’s still in Australia!! When I tracked the package it’s giving me an estimated delivery date of a week from now. So what’s the point of paying extra charge for express shipping if I still won’t get it fast enough??? This is such a waste of my money. Their chat assist wasn’t very helpful either!! Took forever to reply and not really giving me enough/definite answer. BEWARE! Products are SO overpriced and their customer service sucks!
